I take a step-by-step approach partnering with stakeholders to help define the learning goals and objectives. Collectively, we drive change and progression of people's behavior and ultimately people are empowered with these tools to apply the knowledge and elevate performance. I follow the ADDIE instructional design model to ensure successful delivery of learning experiences. My process factors the evaluation and effectiveness of the learning solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the Alpha, Beta and Gold phases.
